We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for all purchases made directly from Neotonics. If you're not satisfied with the product, simply return it within 60 days of receiving your order, and we'll issue a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging for us to process your return quickly.

How to Request a Refund

If you're eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
• Step 3: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.
• Step 4: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately by emailing contact@neotonics-product.com to arrange for a product replacement or a full refund. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product to help us improve our service.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Refund requests made after the 60-day return period will not be accepted.
